What does 'plant-based home care' mean?
It is how we describe the range, and it is printed on every bottle. The full ingredient list for each product is on its label, and we will publish each one on this site before launch.
Are the bottles refillable or made from recycled plastic?
Refill formats and packaging materials are being finalised. We will only say it on the site once we can show the detail behind it.
Is it safe around kids and pets?
Treat it like any cleaning product: follow the label, store it out of reach of children and pets, and keep it in its original bottle.
What is the Mess Report?
It is our planned refill plan: pick how often you want a top-up (every 4, 8 or 12 weeks), and we send a reminder before anything ships. Skip, pause or cancel any time. It goes live with checkout.
How do the Starter Kits work?
Pick a ready-made kit, or build one with the 'What's the mess?' sentence on the Starter Kits page. Two or more bottles in a kit get the kit price shown in the cart.
Where do you ship, and how much is it?
Shipping zones and rates are confirmed at launch and shown at checkout. Orders over the free-shipping threshold in your cart ship free.
