Shipping
Shipping zones, carriers, rates and delivery times are confirmed at launch and shown at checkout.
Orders over $40 ship free (placeholder threshold).
Returns
If something arrives leaking, broken or wrong, email us a photo and your order number within 30 days and we will put it right (placeholder terms).
Opened cleaning products cannot usually be resold, so returns of opened items are handled case by case.
Mess Report refills
The Mess Report is a planned refill plan. You choose a cadence, receive a reminder before each delivery, and can skip, pause or cancel at any time before it ships.
The 15% saving shown on the site is a placeholder.
Privacy
We collect what we need to fulfil orders and, if you ask, send email. We do not sell personal data.
Your bag is stored in your own browser (localStorage) until checkout. This site does not use tracking cookies before launch.
